Operators before orchestration

If the person running the day cannot trust the basics, the automation layer is decoration.

Clinics and households both attract product ideas that skip ahead to orchestration: auto-scheduling, auto-categorization, auto-advice. Those features can be useful. They are not the foundation.

Foundations look quieter. Can a front-office coordinator find the right record quickly? Can two partners agree on what a transfer is? Can consent be revoked without a scavenger hunt?

We build the boring essentials until they feel inevitable. Then we add leverage.
